LovedBags (Business ID FI-10334696, Eteläranta 20, 00130 Helsinki) sells authentic, used designer bags and accessories to private individuals in Finland and worldwide. The prices of the products include the margin tax. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs. The goods are sold as they are at the time of sale.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing from or selling with LovedBags. Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website.
Products from the online store are ordered through the shopping cart at www.lovedbags.fi. All orders are confirmed via email, stating the price of the order, delivery costs, and the ordered products. Receiving an order confirmation requires providing an email address when making the order. With every order, you commit to the delivery terms in effect at the time.
Payments and Payment Confirmation
We send an order confirmation via email, where you can see:
- The product list of the order
- The final sum of the invoice
- The tax breakdown
Through the user account on our website, you can check the contents of the order if you have registered as a customer of the online store before or during the order.
You will receive a payment confirmation from Klarna Bank AB, which shows the sum of the payment, payment ID, and date. If you have any questions about the payment transaction, please contact Klarna Bank AB (09 – 425 99 771).
The products and their postage are paid for at the time of the order. In the online store, you can pay with the following methods: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Ålandsbanken, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Aktia, Säästöpankki, POP Pankki, Oma Säästöpankki, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Collector invoice and instalment methods, Jousto invoice and instalment methods, Klarna account. Payments are made through Klarna’s website.
Payment Service Provider
Klarna Bank AB acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorised Payment Institution. Klarna Bank AB will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Klarna Bank AB will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.
Delivery Methods and Costs
You can see the delivery costs of your order on the delivery and payment method selection page. We deliver all orders via Posti Oy or Matkahuolto or DHL (worldwide shipping). All deliveries are registered, insured and requires personal signature.
The most common delivery times in Finland, depending on the order and delivery method, are 2-5 days. More specific times are stated in connection with the product options. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect harm caused by delays. Any exceptional delivery times will be announced on the homepage of the online store.
Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions
Under the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the order. Always inform us in advance about the return by sending an email to email@example.com and provide your name and order number/order information. The product must be returned by post within 14 days in its original condition and original packaging. The return costs are the customer’s responsibility. Include a copy of the return notification with the product return. Please ensure that any hang-tags and seal are intact on the product. If the hang-tags/seal have been removed/the product has been used, we reserve the right to charge for the depreciation.
We will refund the amount you paid (we will deduct the postage fee and a handling fee of €30 per order from the amount refunded to you) when the product has been returned and it is in the same condition as when purchased.

Not collecting the package is not the same thing as a return or cancellation. For packages left uncollected, for which no separate cancellation notice has been made, we will charge a €50 fee plus any costs incurred.
LovedBags, referred as “Company”, consigns various luxury handbags and accessories. Referred here as “Item”, “Bag”, “Accessory”. The customer is referred here as the ”Owner”.
The purpose of the service is to facilitate the sale of the Owner’s product. The Owners will always remain confidential within the framework of the appropriate, local, legislation. The contract is always signed between the Owner and LovedBags.
LovedBags only consigns Items valued EUR 1000 or higher. Our commission percentage depends on the item. However the minimum commission is 250€.
Once the bag/accessory is sold, the buyer has a 14 day period to decide whether to keep or return the item. After this period has ended, in case the buyer keeps, i.e buys the Item, the sales amount (the amount will always depend on the item) minus the Company’s fee and expenses is transferred in the Owner’s account. If the product is not sold, it will be returned to the Owner in the same condition. The sales order is valid for 3 months.
When the Item is handed over to LovedBags, the Owner gives LovedBags the right to use it for LovedBags’ own marketing. Product images are taken of the Item and the Item can be used, for example, in advertising pictures and videos. The Owner has the right to use images taken of their Item, but not to edit these images or videos.
All Items brought in for consignment are insured by LähiTapiola. All items are authenticated through Entrupy. The Owner is bound to pay for the Entrupy authenticity certificate: Hermès Item EUR 100, other brand Items EUR 25. The payment is required to take place after the contract is signed. The Owner has the right for the Entrupy certificate after the sales period in case the Item hasn’t been sold.
